Poor guy. He slipped on a manhole cover during the Changing of the Guard and bit it pretty hard...and saved face. Literally. Although I love how he smiles at the other guard at the :57 mark, as if to say, "Yep, I fell. Let's move on." And of course, it was caught on video in front of hundreds of tourists.
