Why Are Carjacking Billboards Popping Up Around Flint….[VIDEO]

Carjacking ranks right up there in the world of crime along with armed robbery and murder. There are a lot of them here in mid-Michigan.33 in Genesee county alone in the last 18 months. And to combat that terrible scenario, the U.S. Attorney's Office reminded criminals the muscle they have in court. Some states will issue the death penalty..but not in Michigan.

The idea of theTwo billboards in Flint are to keep the threat of time behind bars fresh in the minds of criminals.Death penalty is not on the table in Michigan..but life in prison could be. More in the video.
