It's simply known as 'The Rock' to those of us who have been around Flint for awhile. It's changing.

You know which 'Rock' I'm talking about..located at Hammerberg and 12th street. It's been there so long you don't even pay attention to it most of the time. It's coated in generations of paint.

You may even have contributed to the 'art' on 'The Rock'. It's where you could freely 'express yourself' ...before the internet. It's beginning to peel off layers of paint. WJRT sent out a camera to see what's going on with 'The Rock'.
