Southern Michigan Mom Relieved Son Didn’t Run Faster in Boston Marathon [VIDEO]

Things happen for a reason, and now Shelley Boschan is grateful her son Jason didn't run a bit faster in Monday's Boston Marathon. The Bloomfield Hills woman said she and her son's friend learned of the explosions just after Jason crossed the 22-mile mark.

Boschan told a Detroit TV station that had her son run a little faster, he would have been in the area near the finish line at the time the bombs went off.
