Beats the heck out of the $5 I found in my jeans pocket in the dryer this morning.

Jennifer Kimes works at the Plato's Closet location in Valparaiso, Indiana. She was going through piles of clothing that had been donated when she found $7,000 in the pocket of a coat.

This is unusual, of course - Kimes says that they find shopping lists, gum, etc. But not usually a large amount of cash. She panicked for a moment and then had the peace of mind to put the money in the store's safe and call the manager.

They were able to track down the owner of the coat - he had hidden the money in it and forgotten about it and was very grateful that they found it...and returned it.

Kimes said it's about integrity and being honest. Bravo!
