Police say there is no current threat to the public after yet another body was discovered this morning in Michigan. This time, it happened in the Metro Detroit area.

Dead Body Found at Farmington Hills Nature Park

Woodland Hills Nature Park is the latest site under investigation after a body was discovered early Monday morning, May 4, 2026.

WWJ reports the discovery happened in Farmington Hills at the park located near I-696 and Farmington Road. Farmington Hills police say the investigation is in its early stages, and officers continue to process the scene.

Dead Body Investigation Ongoing With Very Few Details Released

In this case, police are not disclosing the gender or age of the individual, nor the cause of death. The park has since been cleared by authorities, and police say there is no current threat to the public.
