By the Numbers

Michigan Auto Law crunched the numbers, based on crash report data submitted by local enforcement agencies and the Michigan State Police. The list is based on the latest data available, from 2016 through 2020.

The ranking is based on the total number of traffic accidents during that four-year period.

Disclaimer:  Note: Road Segments are defined as sections of a road as reported by law enforcement observation at the scene of a crash. Segments can vary from less than 2/10 of a mile to up to 2 miles in length.
