Genesee County Animal Control’s FREE Adoption Event This Friday

We had the fine folks from Genesee County Animal Control on the show this morning to talk about their upcoming adoption event this Friday.

GCAC has had to a tough summer - they're under construction and were without air conditioning for a few days. Because of the renovations, they have less room for animals and, needless to say, they're full. So, this Friday, they're hosting a free animal adoption event.

Adoption fees will be waived to those who have already turned in an application and been pre-approved. To fill out an application, click HERE.

Let us emphasize the importance of the application process: while the event is free, they do NOT just hand out animals to anybody. And if you already have a pet at home, you will need to schedule a meet-and-greet.
