Flint…12 Dogs Found Dead In Garbage Bags On Street Police Need Your Help [VIDEO]

The dogs were found Monday morning. Justice needs to be served!

Workers involved in blight elimination efforts in Flint found the dead dogs dumped in the middle of a street in trash bags. There are no occupied homes on the block where the dogs were found.
