A new handbag has won the Guinness Book of World Records as the world's most expensive purse, valued at $3.8 million. If you had a ton of money, would you spend it on this? The bag has more than 4,517 diamonds and was handcrafted from 18-carat gold. It also took 10 people and four months to create the purse.
