Who Thought This Up? Decal Shows Kidnapped Woman

Somebody in Waco, Texas is wacky! A marketing company there created a decal for trucks and it's causing quite a controversy.

The decal, when applied to the rear tail;gate of a truck makes it appear that there is woman in the back of the pick up, tied up and laying in the bed of the truck. Hornet Designs created the decal and the owner, Brad Kolb, said that the woman in the picture is an employee and that the truck it's on belongs to another employee. They claim to be testing the decal to see how real it appears to people.

Hornet Designs has received a lot a feedback on the image and most people find it offensive. Can't say that I blame them. What is your take?
