In case you haven't been to a drive-in movie in a long time, we are not talking about the abandoned Miracle Twin Drive-In Theater on Court Street in Burton, either.

This week the theater announced updated hours as summer draws to a close. Starting Labor Day, they'll only be open Friday & Saturday evenings for September. Right now, they're not sure about October. Fingers crossed for decent fall weather.
Gates will continue to open at 7:30pm with movies beginning at 8:45pm or so.
You can't go wrong with a Double Feature of Ninja Turtles and Spider Man, or the new Equalizer 3 & Grand Turismo. Another option is Blue Beetle & The Meg 2. You'll want to check the schedule as the season progresses.

In case you didn't know, US-23 Digital Drive-In Theater allows you to bring lawn chairs for viewing next to your vehicle. They'll even let you rent a radio to get sound, so you don't have to waste gas trying not to let your car battery die.
We're lucky to have a drive-in theater in Genesee County. It's one of only nine remaining in Michigan.
