What's going on at the old Troy Cleaners in Flint?
The building is set back a bit off the west side of Fenton Road. If you blink you could miss it while coming through the intersection.
The old Troy Cleaners logo is still on the building, but look closely...
You notice the "Open" flag sign and "bin prices" displayed on windows.
It's a new liquidation retailer that's been there longer than the old Troy Cleaners signage suggests.
4 Corners Liquidation
The store opened quietly on January 1st, 2024 according to their post on Facebook.
They seem to have some of everything under the sun like:
- stoves, range hoods
- washers and dryers
- chest freezers
- doors
- flooring
- vanity cabinets
- clothing
- and everything else you can imagine.
Priced to sell quickly.
Their pricing model is certainly geared toward getting rid of things quickly.
Friday's bin items are $10 each. Then, $2 less each day after that. By Wednesday the remaining items are $1 each in bins.
Clothing items are priced by color coding system with the highest price around $15.
Where is 4 Corners Liquidation Located?
Just behind Savvy Sliders at the intersection of Fenton & Hill Roads.
That's where Mundy Township and Grand Blanc Township border each other.
Many of the businesses in that immediate area have Flint addresses.
Friday through Wednesday they're open 9am-7pm. Closed on Thursdays to restock inventory.
