The talk of "Doomsday" and "The End of the World" is certainly on the rise as we approach December 21, 2012. I don't think the Earth will cease to exist, but I think it's possible that it could be the end of life as we know it. Whether or not the human race will be around following a doomsday event is a question that I'd rather not know the answer to.

The government has built a plane to withstand radiation and other possible threats in what is basically a jumbo jet on steroids. The Doomsday Plane was built in the 80s, but is still one of the best defenses the president has in his arsenal. A few weeks ago, I took you on a tour of Discovery Channel.
