The storm that rattled Mid-Michigan overnight and this morning is still wreaking havoc on local commuters.

For hours this morning, I-75 and US-23 northbound were at a stand still due to flooding.

The storms took out trees and power lines and many Genesee county residents are still in the dark.  Traffic lights are still out in some spots, and need to be treated as four-way stops.

Several roads are closed due to high water, including Linden Road south of Bristol and other roads that are prone to flooding.  The National Weather Service has extended the Flood Warning for Genesee, Shiawasee, Oakland and Saginaw counties until 4:00pm Thursday.

Were you able to sleep through last night's storm?  How was your drive to work this morning?
