School Requires Students to Submit Pictures of Prom Dresses for Approval [VIDEO]

Imagine spending hundreds of dollars on a prom dress, and then not being able to wear it. That's what has happened to girls at Delone Catholic High School in McSherrystown, Pennsylvania.

School officials are now requiring students to submit photos of their prom dresses, to be approved prior to prom day.
