Saginaw Family Reunited With Missing Dog – The Good News [VIDEO]

Scherzer had been missing for almost six months when he was found.

Yes, in case you're wondering - he IS named after Tigers pitcher Max Scherzer.

He's a lab/husky mix, and he escaped on Thanksgiving Day of last year. They posted signs all over Saginaw, hoping to find him. He was only a year old when he went missing and was microchipped.

Luckily, a vet saw him running down Dixie Highway and picked him up, and he's been reunited with his family.
