The complaint was filed on August 11th, via the Freedom of Information Act.

Republic manager Gary Hicks reportedly filed the FOIA on June 29th, which requests "disclosure of all documents, emails, correspondence, evaluations, notes, and tabulations involved" in the city's garbage bids.

The city didn't respond within the five-day period, which is required by law. The decision is scheduled to be reviewed on October 31st.

So can we officially call this the Flint Garbage Crisis? Looks like it will be ongoing.
