Police in Oxford have their hands full as they try to solve a mystery. A mother asked for someone to go and check on her 7-month old daughter, Charley Hendrick, and her father, 29-year-old Daryne Gailey. She was concerned when the baby wasn't returned home as planned on Saturday night.

Sunday morning, the missing girl's grandfather accompanied by police, arrived at a home in Oxford where the baby and her dad were supposed to be. It was a heart-breaking scene as they found the dead bodies of the baby and Gailey. His 65-year-old mother was on the couch losing a lot of blood from cuts all over her body.

According to a report, police say that it doesn't look like a break in, Gailey's official cause of death is still unknown, but he did have blood around his neck. Police also say that it doesn't look like there was forced entry, or that a robery was involved in this case. Officials aren't ready to call it a murder/suicide yet either.

The 65-year-old woman was hospitalized this morning and is in stable condition. Autopsies are expected to be performed on the baby and her father today.
