Well, isn't that some pretty crummy luck?!

Last Sunday, we ran the Crim route with our training groups. If you missed the video, here it is:

In the last mile, as I was running down Saginaw, I felt some pain on the outside of my left knee. Throughout the week, it didn't get any better using ice or "the stick." I ran a 5K last night and it was one of my worst showings so far. Let me tell ya - injuring yourself the week before a race that you've been training for since March is a frustrating feeling. Luckily, I have a lot of great people on my side!
