Mt. Morris Restaurant Holds Fundraiser for Waitress With Cancer [VIDEO]

The patrons of Gillie's Coney Island in Mt. Morris didn't disappoint.

The restaurant was packed on Monday night to help support Debby Jones, a single mom who has been a waitress there for 25 years. She was recently diagnosed with stage 4 melanoma.

As she prepares for surgery, she knew that her medical bills would be mounting. So her employer stepped in to help. Half of the sales from Monday night's fundraiser and even some of her coworkers' paychecks will go to help with her forthcoming treatment.

Talk about an employer supporting its employees!
