Good Samaritan Outsmarts Bike Thief

"Good versus Evil" plays out a scene on the streets of New York..

In New York City a  man using a camera catches a bike thief in action, and in this particular case "Good" wins out, but the "Evil" thief isn't content until he tries to steal another bike a few blocks away. However the man with the camera followed him and called the police.

In the game of "Good versus Evil"...this one goes to the good guys!
