The Flint City Council voted last week to delay a vote on a long-term water deal, despite State pressure, refusing to put it on the agenda for this evening’s City Council Meeting.  The Council wants more time to study the proposal.

As the agenda meeting was winding down after the vote on Friday, Councilman Eric Mays confronted activist Arthur Woodson for allegedly telling Mays to “shut the f*** up.”  Mays insisted that Woodson be removed, but no one else heard him make the comment.
