Detroit Considers Replacing Lawn Mowers With Sheep – What? [VIDEO]

A Detroit City Councilman will present a plan to city officials that would bring sheep and goats to Motown in order to eat overgrown grass on some of the city's vacant properties.

Think it's a joke? Cleveland and Chicago have already implemented similar grazing ordinances. Councilman James Tate says the plan would actually save Detroit a lot of money.
