Crash, Diesel Spill Closes Belsay Road This Morning [PHOTOS]

The accident has closed down Belsay neat Court Street for much of the morning.

It's not clear right now as to what exactly happened, but if you've been listening to us this morning, the traffic report has been ongoing - Belsay Road is closed neat Court Street, by the railroad tracks, because of an accident.

A truck somehow ended up on the median, and started leaking fuel. HAZMAT is on the scene and several tow trucks have tried to remove the truck with, at this point, no luck.
