I have been waiting for Community By Fuel Up Fresh to open in Fenton, and believe me when I tell you - the food did not disappoint. Honestly, I cannot remember the last time I had food that tasted this fresh when dining out. This new hot spot is owned by Justin and Kali Trombley. Some of you may know Chef Justin from his previous cooking at The Corner Bar.

If you are familiar with Fenton, Community is located in the former YaYa's location on Silver Lake Road. If that means nothing to you, get directions here. Wherever you are coming from, it is worth the drive. The goal of Community is to aid in keeping the community healthy, happy and thriving. You will definitely taste that in the food.

My boyfriend Nick went with me and this is a guy who could eat pizza everyday. Nick did a build your own bowl (pictured below) with roasted potatoes, chicken, pickled onions and super fresh peppers and more. It was the bomb! He said it was the best bowl he ever had. Community also offers some signature bowls too. I ordered avocado toast (also pictured below) and it was delicious. I cannot stress enough how fresh it tasted. I may even go back today for another order, or even a bowl of veggies to put on my turkey burger the rest of the week. The pickled onions are amazing. You can check out the entire menu here.

Congratulations to Chef Justin and Kali Trombley. Your new place is fantastic! I will see you all again soon.
