It’s always a pleasure to interview some of the biggest names in entertainment. From actors and game show hosts to musicians, I’ve been lucky enough to interview celebrities like Mark Wahlberg, Josh Groban, Jeff Daniels, the late Wink Martindale, and more.

While most of my interviews are done over the phone, it’s always a rare treat to meet famous people in person. But this morning, not only did I interview one famous actor in the studio, I got to meet two icons of American television.

From Dallas to Flint: Patrick Duffy Visits Mid-Michigan

He’s also known for starring in 'The Man from Atlantis' and for playing opposite Suzanne Somers on 'Step by Step'. He also made hilarious cameo appearances on 'Family Guy' and 'South Park'

Linda is known for playing two different completely different characters on 'Happy Days'. She first appeared as Richie Cunningham’s girlfriend in an early episode before later returning as Fonzie’s fiancée. She also played Andy Griffith’s daughter on 'Matlock' and later portrayed a hilarious character as Pam’s mother on 'The Office'.

Duffy’s Dough Now Available at Michigan Kroger Stores

Now, the power couple is promoting Patrick’s family sourdough bread recipe, which is now available at Kroger stores across Michigan. The recipe for Duffy’s Dough was passed down to Patrick’s family back in 1952. His parents later left the secret recipe to Patrick and his sister. Today, Patrick and Linda have teamed up with Kroger to help produce and distribute the baked goods.

Even better, 100% of the proceeds go toward hunger relief efforts across the country. During their visit to Flint, they stopped by the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan to see firsthand how the operation helps local families in need. These Hollywood heavy-hitters are not trying to make a buck whatsoever. They are doing their part to help those in need, which just makes me love and respect them even more.

Flint Fans Meet Stars of 'Dallas' and 'Happy Days'

They’re not making any money from this project. They simply want to share amazing bread with people while also helping those facing hunger. I’ve tried it myself, and honestly, it’s really good.
