Caught On Video! Mid-Michigan ‘Family Dollar’ Employee Confronts A Shoplifter [VIDEO]

This happened at a Family dollar store in Saginaw. Do they get paid enough to deal with this sort of thing?

The customers allegedly stole a can of Febreeze and the male employee confronts the shoplifters. The incident was recorded by a bystander and uploaded on YouTube. The incident took place at 3220 Sheridan Ave.

You'll notice there are kids in the car as well. Family Dollar media relations department has made no comment on the incident. Very strange video.

The manager just kind of goes nuts.
