Young Musicians Vie For Byrd Title

Catch some very talented young people on Saturday, March 5th at 7 pm at the Flint Institute of Music's MacArthur Recital Hall.  The Finals for Piano in the 40th annual William C. Byrd Young Artist Competition will take place then, and you can enjoy it for free.  The winner recieves a cash prize and the opportunity to perform with the Flint Symphony Orchestra.  Join the contestants after the competition for a reception generously provided by Fandangles.  www.thefim.org
