World Run Day Is Almost Here!

I can't believe Stu Allen hasn't been talking about this special day for runners...."World Run Day', set for Sunday, November 6th. Instructions at runday.com are pretty simple, run and donate locally. It's a creative effort to publicize the health benefits of running, and put needed dollars towards each runners' local charity.Thus far, over 1,600 runners in hundreds of cities across the USA have pre-registered for the event at $16.99, which outfits them with an official running shirt, a unique E-BIB, and listing with other like-minded runners across the USA.
