Sacha Harland is a member of the Netherlands-based Web video team Lifehunters. He decided to give up anything with added sugar, alcohol, and foods with artificial colors or flavors. He documented his 30-day diet, complete with medical exams to produce a scientific comparison, and how he feels as the days and weeks go by.
