Harris will also make a stop in Detroit on the same day.

Vice Presidential candidate Kamala Harris will make a stop in Flint on Tuesday, September 22nd, according to the Biden/Harris campaign. This will be her first visit to Michigan since she was announced as Joe Biden's running mate back in August.

Other than announcing that Harris would be visiting Detroit and Flint, no other details were given at this time. This isn't uncommon; the same thing has happened for most Presidential candidates when they announce last-minute campaign stops. They're likely finalizing the details now, and we'll pass them along when we get them.

Joe Biden was last in Michigan on September 9th; he made a speech outside of United Auto Workers in Warren. President Trump made a stop in Freeland the day after at the airport, drawing up to 10,000 supporters. And Vice President Mike Pence made a stop in Traverse City at the end of August.

Harris is an American politician and attorney from California who served as a junior United States Senator since 2017. Her mother is a biologist from India who was part of some significant gene therapy for breast cancer, and her father is Jamaican and was a professor of economics at Stanford University.

She's married to Douglas Emhoff, who was a partner at a large law firm and is a stepmother to his two kids from a previous marriage.

We're gonna take a wild guess that this will NOT be the last time you candidates in Michigan before the election. Buckle up, folks.
