Yes, you can preorder. There's a chance that they'll start offering them daily.
And if the giant cookie isn't your thing, wait til you see all the other amazing concoctions that they have, like Superman ice cream squashed between two cookies.

Or what about a colorful, extra-large Rice Krispie treat?
