The big day is finally here for a popular local bakery to open the doors to their brand new location and if you have a sweet tooth get ready for some serious treats!

We told you in January that the popular Cupcakes and Kisses is expanding its horizons and planting its flour-covered flag in Grand Blanc. Until now, fans of the unique bakery have been only able to score their goodies at Colony Market and Nehring's, but the new storefront in Grand Blanc is ready to open its doors.

The new location on S. Saginaw Street will finally open on Wednesday, March 20th. The doors will open at noon with some serious celebration too. Cupcakes and Kisses will be giving away $350 in cash for everyone who comes in and buys a cupcake.  They will have prizes for every customer who spends $50! There will be raffling off gift baskets at every location to help us celebrate.

Cupcakes and Kisses Grand Blanc will join the already popular Cupcakes and Kisses Owosso, Cupcakes and Kisses St. Johns, and the first, Cupcakes and Kisses Holly, opened in 2015. The culinary brainchild of Kevin and Toni Barnett, the new location will be "coming home" for the parents of four who call Grand Blanc home.

"We wanted to be part of our town and bring our bakeshop treats here", Toni told us. "We are so excited to be part of the Grand Blanc community!"

The new Grand Blanc bakery at the corner of S.Sagianw & Perry Road will specialize in house-made scratch-made gourmet cupcakes, cheesecakes, french macarons, frosted sugar cookies, flourless and vegan options, and much more.
