This Company is Offering Paid Leave for New Grandparents

Looks like Cisco is the newest "wow I want to work for them" company in the nation - they're offering PAID LEAVE for NEW GRANDPARENTS.

Cisco has about 72,000 employees across the country who already have benefits like vacation time, birthdays off, paid emergency leave, etc. And now, new grandparents can get up to three paid days off (separate from their other paid leave) to "bond" with the new addition to the family.

The company already offers 10 weeks of paid maternity leave and 4 weeks paid for dads.
