The Winner of BEST Italian Food in Genesee County

A few weeks ago we asked you for the BEST Italian food in the area. We narrowed it down to the top six, and boy did you turn out to VOTE over the past week! We now have a WINNER!

One thing is for sure, Genesee County is passionate about their pasta and pizza. Right now take-out seems to be a way of life, and supporting local restaurants during this time is so important. Our top six are all currently open for take-out and it's great to show them a little love by singing their praises as the best around.

We had so many different restaurants nominated during our Facebook poll there were some I didn't even know about, but I do now! When we finally tallied up the votes we came up with our top six according to YOU!

Luigi's & El Toro Sports Bar located on Davison Rd. in Flint

Roma Pizzeria & Restaurant located on N. Saginaw Street in Flint

Sorrentos/Italian Mediterranean Cuisine located on W. Pierson Rd. in Flushing

Italia Garden ( multiple locations nominated)

One restaurant scored big in votes as the best place in Genesee County for a little taste of Italy.  Drum roll please.....

 The WINNER of BEST Italian in Genesee County is....Ruggero's !!! 

Located on Corunna Rd. in Flint, Ruggero's can satisfy any Italian craving you have from Spaghetti, Mostaccioli , Fettuccine, Linguini, or Capellini and of course PIZZA!
