Southwest Airlines Flight Attendant Hides in Overhead Bin [VIDEO]

Imagine going to stuff your (ridiculously oversized) carry-on bag into the (ridiculously small) overhead bin of an airplane and finding a flight attendant hiding there.

It happened to a passenger on a Southwest flight out of Nashville.

Fellow passenger Veronica Lloyd posted the video on Twitter, saying, "Is this a dream @SouthwestAir? I can't get over how weird I find this. @SouthwestAir please get it together."

The airline confirmed in a statement that the flight attendant came down out of the overhead bin before the flight took off.

"Southwest Employees are known for demonstrating their sense of humor and unique personalities. In this instance, one of our Flight Attendants attempted to have a brief moment of fun with Customers during boarding," the company said in a statement. "Of course, this is not our normal procedure, and Southwest Crews always maintain Safety as their top priority."
