Social Media Helps Bust Man Seen Punching Toddler in the Face [VIDEO]
Police in Bakersfield, California have identified and arrested a man who was seen punching a toddler in the face, after surveillance video of the incident went viral.
Justin Whittington was seen punching the boy in the face after the toddler was running in the aisles of a supermarket Thursday night (4/9). The video was then shared hundreds of times on Facebook, which led to the man's arrest.
