Mt. Morris Man Faces Numerous Charges After Water-Boarding 5-Year-Old Boy [VIDEO]
A Mt. Morris Man faces a laundry list of charges after using a practice known as "water-boarding" to punish his girlfriend's 5-year-old son. Michael Porter admitted to tying the boy's hands and feet then pouring water over his nose and mouth.
The boy was being punished for ripping his backpack at school.
We hope prison is especially difficult for this man.
He faces eight felony charges, including child abuse.
