Photographer Choosing 10 Flint Seniors for Free Pics

The high school seniors who are chosen are super lucky because they're going to be working with a fantastic photographer.

Charles Ruggles is a Flint native who now has his own photography company in Davison. Three years ago, he started the Flint Teens Matter project during the height of the water crisis. The project teams up with local photographers and offers Flint students free senior pictures.
