Anne Belanger's son is a second grade student in New Westminster, British Columbia. She's mad about the class picture because her son was left out.  Her son, Miles, is separated from the rest of the class, because he must use a wheelchair. Belanger says the physical distance emphasizes the fact that he’s not included in the group. She's outraged and wants the picture retaken, with her son included with the rest of the kids.
