Michigan Mom Lets Nine Year-Old Drive – That’s Okay, Right? [Video]

A Michigan mom is surprised that she's facing 90 days in jail because she allowed her nine year-old son to drive with a four year-old passenger.

A neighbor called 911 when she spotted a nine year-old boy driving a 2002 Mercury Sable with four year-old passenger. Mom had sent him out with keys to take trash to the community dumpster. When confronted, mom's response was "He can do it, he can drive so therefor he can."

She faces misdemeanor charges that could land her in jail for 90 days.
