Michigan Accidentally Creates Huge Loophole for Drunk Drivers [VIDEO]

In an effort to crack down on drunk drivers, Michigan's legislature erroneously created a loophole that could result in fewer convictions.

Lawmakers accidentally left out a reference to field-sobriety testing when they passed legislation designed to help convict drivers who have been using illegal drugs.
