Meet Miss Susie! AJ’s Animals for September 12th [VIDEO]

Ladies and gentlemen, meet Miss Susie! And don't let that sad face fool you - she absolutely comes alive when you get her out of her cage.

Susie is just over four-years-old and is listed as a pit bull/terrier mix. She weighs about 55 lbs; she was returned to the Humane Society of Genesee County after three days and would be best in a furrrever home without cats.

She's super playful and energetic and warms up to you very quickly. As you can see, she loves her toys, specifically the bigger ones. She's spayed and ready to go home!

You've gotta meet this lovely lady in person. She'll play with you and melt your heart immediately! She's located in the main hall of the HSGC; they're on Dort Highway between Bristol and Hemphill roads.

The HSGC is still requiring appointments and only two people at a time, per appointment. Masks are also required; you can make an appointment to meet a specific animal by calling 810-744-0511. If you have other pets, a meet-and-greet with them is required as well.

Don't pass this girl by without meeting her! She was so much fun to play with and she is clearly ready to meet her new best friend. Is it you? Be her person. She's waiting and she soooo deserves a loving home to live out her best years with you.
