Mayor of Toronto Admits Smoking Crack (Video)

After numerous denials, Toronto's mayor Rob Ford confessed to smoking crack. It was quite a turnaround for this Canadian politician and it closes the door on all the runmors that have captivated Canada.

After a multitude of public denials, the mayor finally admitted he smoked crack. For months there had been a report of a video that reportedly showed him smoking crack, but he vehemently denied it, until this week.

He called a press conference this week to say, "Yes, I have smoked crack cocaine." He claimed to have done it during one of his "drunken stupors", which probably didn't enhance his image in a positive light either.

Ford insists he is neither an alcoholic or a drug addict while reinforcing that he has no plans to step down.
