LOCAL SPOTLIGHT: McKenna's Squad and Financial Plus Credit Union

Thank you to these lovely ladies for coming in this morning and telling us all about the progress of McKenna's Beauty Bar and FPCU's donation.

This is why we encourage everybody to drop their big banks and become part of a credit union - because they do good things in their communities.

Last month, Financial Plus Credit Union held a "Christmas in July" contest where they asked their members to nominate a non-profit to receive a $1,000 donation. McKenna's Beauty Bar was voted the winner and will now receive the money towards their beauty bar in Detroit AND their newest endeavor at Hurley. Congratulations!
