Kids do the darnedest things, especially when their parents are gone! My wife and I both work full-time, so we obviously have a team of babysitters who take turns watching our three little bundles of joy.

Over the summer, my oldest wanted to make money to buy Skylanders, a bank-account draining video game with about a million characters and accessories that run anywhere from $10 to $30 each! Yes, apparently the company that brought us 'Pitfall' for Atari has gotten greedy over the last few decades.

In an effort to raise money for these toys, that hurt much more than wooden blocks or Legos when you step on them, my son turned our kitchen and pantry into a store. He was charging his siblings for fruit snacks and juice boxes. A bought a 12-pack of Coke, yet this little creep charged me $2.00 a can! Cute? Absolutely! Did he stop there? Nope!

One day this summer when my wife and I were at work, Ben came up with the idea to cut off a handful of my daughter's hair, and sell it as a fake beard. You can buy it for $4.99 plus 10 cents in tax. I used to cut the hair off my sister's dolls when we were kids, but I never cut her hair!  I don't think she would have stayed still long enough to let me.

After a month of wondering why Hayli's hair was sticking straight up in one spot we found the reason (pictured above). Has the statute of limitations run out for this? Should he still be punished? I won't lie, we couldn't help but laugh when we found it. Have your kids done anything like this?
