Ladies Night Out 2025: Fenton’s 90s Throwback Bash

Grab your scrunchies, dust off those denim overalls, and crank up the Backstreet Boys, because Fenton is throwing it all the way back to the best decade ever!

On Friday, November 14, Downtown Fenton will transform into a 90s wonderland for Ladies Night Out 2025: A Totally 90s Takeover. From 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., your favorite local shops, salons, and restaurants will go full throwback mode with themes inspired by 90s TV shows and movies like Friends, Clueless, Saved by the Bell, 90210, and The Sopranos. Expect neon, nostalgia, and some seriously fun photo ops.

How It Works

As you stroll through downtown, you’ll spot participating businesses decked out in their chosen 90s theme. Instead of the old punch cards, each location will have a QR code you can scan to enter for a chance to win prizes like gift cards, free goodies, and more. Each business has its own giveaways, so the more places you visit, the better your chances to score some swag!

The Peach Pit After Party

But the night doesn’t stop when the shops close. When the clock hits nine, the party keeps rolling at the Peach Pit After Party, a nod to the iconic hangout from Beverly Hills 90210. The Fenton Community & Cultural Center will be buzzing from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. with a DJ spinning 90s classics, a best-dressed contest for the top three 90s-inspired outfits, and a cash bar serving up beer, wine, and seltzers. Tickets are just $10 in advance or $15 at the door, totally worth it for a night this fun.

This event, hosted by the Fenton Downtown Development Authority with help from Southern Lakes Parks & Recreation and local business owners, has been a community tradition for about 25 years. It’s the perfect excuse for the ladies to hit the town while the guys head off for hunting season.

Organizer Stacy Mielcarek from Yesterday’s Treasures says it’s all about celebrating the community and letting loose a little. Kevin Begola from Bridge Street Exchange adds that this year’s theme, Saved by the Bell, of course, is all about creating something fresh and exciting for locals to enjoy together.
