For generations it's been the guy for the most part that has a night out with the boys. Why is it any different for women? It looks like those people who are so chipper in the morning at work are ACTUALLY happier than night owls. There is a new study says that as we age we settle into more of a daytime schedule and that helps keep us more cheerful overall.
