Saginaw County Man Wins $1 Million Michigan Lottery Prize
A Saginaw County man recently struck it big, winning $1 million on a $10 Michigan Lottery instant scratch-off ticket.
The 27-year-old winner, who has chosen to remain anonymous, purchased the Epic Wild Time scratch-off ticket at Express Stop, located at 7015 Gratiot Road in Saginaw.
So what does it feel like to win $1 million? The lucky guy shared the following with Michigan Lottery Connect,
I bought an Epic Wild Time ticket while I was at the gas station and scratched it off when I got in my car. It was an amazing feeling when I saw I won $1 million! This prize will allow me to build a better future for myself.
He opted for the one-time lump sum payout of $693,000. He plans to use the winnings to purchase a new car and share some of the money with his family.
This is further proof that just one winning Michigan Lottery ticket can change your life. Of course, choosing the right one is where things get tricky.
My most recent Michigan Lottery instant ticket won $25. I suppose most people would take that win and roll it into a few more tickets, hoping to keep the streak going—but I didn’t do that. Maybe I should have, who knows.
